Inflatable Marine Fenders

Overview

Our inflatable fenders are made by high frequency thermal sealing and made from high strength and high air tightness of PVC materials.

Comparing the traditional rubber fenders (such as old tires, solid rubber fender, etc.), our inflatable fenders have more advantages on collision prevention effect because of much softer, which can absorb more impact energy, act on the low pressure per unit area of the vessel, have excellent impact fatigue resistance and can be installed simply.

Our inflatable fenders can be widely used as protective facility for large oil tanker luxury cruise ship, LPG ship, ocean platform, the large dock harbor wharf, luxurious yacht etc.

2. The patch of D ring was also heat sealed on the end of fender. The complete fusion for the patch and fender end greatly improve the bearing capacity of D ring, avoid pulling out problem of D rings comparing the traditional sewing and adhesive D ring patch method.
3. Special reinforcing treatment on the special seam;
4. Extra reinforcing straps around fenders enhance the capacity of impact resistance;
