Emergency Modular Buildings

A standard unit unfolds in approximately 4–5 hours on a prepared site with a crew of 3–4 persons and suitable lifting equipment. Final timing depends on the selected configuration, site conditions, weather, and local working practices.

Up to 10 folded units load into a single 40HQ container, subject to final packed weight and shipping confirmation. The folded package — 5900 × 2480 × 450 mm — is what makes the transport economics work for multi-unit projects.

Each unit is configured around its operational role: emergency medical and triage, field command and communications, temporary accommodation, relief logistics and storage, or sanitation and welfare support. Interior layout, electrical system, plumbing, and accessories are adapted per project.

The Z-fold unit is a rigid, enclosed building format — galvanized steel frame with insulated sandwich panels — that feels more permanent than a fabric tent and suits longer response periods. It is also reusable and relocatable between projects.

Yes. Units deploy singly or combine into scalable compounds that separate clinical, administrative, residential, and logistics functions. Covered walkways, ramps, HVAC, backup power, water storage, and external lighting are coordinated as part of the overall site design.

A level, stable base and safe access for lifting equipment and utility connections should be prepared before delivery. Final performance depends on the complete project design, including foundation, anchoring, weather sealing, utilities, fire strategy, and compliance with local regulations.
