These Terms of Website Use apply to the public website operated by Baoding Sunshine Enterprises Ltd. (“SUNSHINE”). The website is intended for professional and business users. It does not operate as an online shop and does not itself conclude a sales contract.
1. Website purpose
The website provides general information about materials, products, engineering capabilities, and resources, and allows visitors to request further information. Website content is not a tender, binding offer, engineering approval, certificate, warranty, or instruction for operational use.
2. Product and technical information
Products are configurable. Images, dimensions, performance values, examples, and application descriptions may refer to a particular specimen, test condition, or proposal-stage design. Final specifications, standards, documentation, acceptance criteria, and fitness for a particular purpose must be agreed in a signed contract or order confirmation. Where a page labels information as pending, indicative, a design study, or a referenced test result, that label forms part of the information.
3. Enquiries, quotations, and orders
Submitting a form starts a non-binding discussion. A quotation remains subject to its stated validity, assumptions, exclusions, and final technical confirmation. No order is accepted until the parties complete the acceptance method stated in the quotation or contract. The signed commercial agreement prevails over this website and these website-use terms for any sale.
4. Certifications and compliance
A reference to a standard does not mean every product or configuration is certified to that standard. Only a current certificate or test report identifying the issuer, scope, model/material, issue date, and validity should be relied on. Buyers remain responsible for communicating destination-market, end-use, import, installation, and approval requirements before order confirmation.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that impairs service, misrepresent SUNSHINE content, or use technical information to violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, export controls, sanctions, or safety requirements.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, graphics, layouts, photographs, videos, drawings, and downloadable resources are owned by or licensed to SUNSHINE. You may save or share links and make a reasonable internal copy for evaluating a potential business relationship. Republishing, resale, systematic extraction, or commercial reuse requires prior written permission.
7. External links and embedded services
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. YouTube and Google Maps content is loaded only after you choose to activate it and is governed by the third party’s terms and privacy notice. SUNSHINE does not control third-party availability or content.
8. Availability and security
We may update, suspend, or withdraw website features without notice. We take reasonable security measures but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Please report suspected security issues privately using the contact details in the Imprint.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SUNSHINE is not liable for loss caused solely by reliance on non-binding website information or for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited.
10. Governing framework
Website-use disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these website-use terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Product sales, arbitration, jurisdiction, and remedies are governed by the signed commercial agreement, which may specify a different forum or law.
